Do I really need website maintenance?

What happens if my site breaks during an update?

Can I just do this myself?

Can I change my package later?
Yes, your digital needs should evolve along with your Brand’s growth. You can scale your package up or down as needed. If you’ve purchased a 12 month package, you can only scale up not down for the paid period.
What’s not included?
Major redesigns, new feature builds, and large development work are scoped separately, but we can absolutely help with those.
How fast is support?

Can I cancel anytime?
On Monthly plans you can cancel anytime. 1 month notice is required though. This is in your onboarding guide. Stay because it works, not because you’re tied in.
Do unused hours roll over?
No, included support time resets monthly to keep delivery consistent.
Do you manage hosting as well?
Yes. We have an incredible Hosting Company with servers based in Australia, just around the corner. We would happily move you across.
